What exactly does Echelon System build?

Is this coaching or a course?
Neither. We don't teach you how to build it. We build it for you and install it in your business. You don't need to learn a new skill set or a new platform. You need the system built and running — and that's what we do.
Do you do marketing or content creation?
No. We are not a marketing company. We don't manage your content, run your ads, or tell you what to post. You bring the traffic and the content. We build the backend that captures and converts it.
Do I need to have any existing tools or platforms setup?
No. We build everything from scratch inside our own system. You don't need to have anything set up in advance. If you already have tools running, we'll audit what you have and integrate what makes sense — but we don't require it.
What do I need to provide?
Access to your existing platforms and affiliate accounts. A completed onboarding intake form covering your offers, audience, and goals. Your content and copy for sequences — or we can work with what you already have and build from there.
How long does the build take?
The Foundation: 14 days. The System: 21 days. The Empire: 30 days. We work from a proven template system, which means we're not starting from scratch on every build — we're installing a refined, tested architecture and configuring it specifically for your offers and audience. What happens to my existing tools?
We audit what you have, keep what's working, and integrate it into the system. We don't rip out tools unnecessarily. If something you're using conflicts with the build, we'll tell you clearly and explain why before making any changes.
When does the monthly retainer begin?
The retainer begins after installation is complete and the system is live. You don't pay the monthly fee during the build phase.
Can I upgrade my tier later?
Yes. If you start on The Foundation and your business grows to 2–3 income streams, you move to The System. You pay the difference between tiers — not the full price again.
What if I'm not sure which tier is right for me?
Start with the diagnostic. It will show you exactly where your gaps are and how many income streams you're actively running. We'll recommend the right tier based on your results — and if Echelon isn't the right fit, we'll tell you that too.
Can I cancel the monthly retainer?
Yes, you can cancel at any time after the initial 3-month minimum. However, it's important to understand what the retainer covers: it is what keeps your system live and operational. If you cancel, your system moves to read-only access all automations, sequences, and deliveries will cease running. Your data and build remain intact, but nothing will be active. The retainer is not a subscription to a service. It is the infrastructure cost of keeping your backend running. We'd rather you stay because the results justify it and if they don't, that's a conversation worth having before you cancel.
Do I need a strategy call before installation begins?
Yes. Every engagement begins with a Growth System Review call. This is where we review your diagnostic results, map your current setup, and confirm the build scope before any work begins.
